We set our LED strips at high quality lever. High quality market is our aim market. So , Quality is first for QL.

For all of the materials: LED , PCB , resistor , soldering pad , wires , ect. We choose the high quality one and test the materials very strictly as well. And nearly for all of our LEDs , our supplier make for our company especially according to our high quality standards.

Production testing: During production , we arrange 100% testing for each step.Only everything is fine , it can be forwarded to the next step. After the strips finished , we will arrange three times testing by three different QC. Only the three QC all said the strip is OK , it can be passed for delivery. And all of the testing is 100% , no selection testing for us.

Our Customer Group is very strong. Nearly all of our customers are the one who care the quality very much and enjoy great brand at their local market. We always keep improving in quality and service , and never change the high position of quality to satisfy customers requirements.

QL is dedicated to new items development to satisfy customers’ requirements. We not only produce all of the normal strips , we also keep developing many new items according to customer requirements. Such as our high efficiency strips , high CRI strips series , temperature sensor constant current strips series , Zig-zag strips , food lighting strips , CCT adjustable strips , short-cut strips , etc. And QL is very please to design strips according to customers special requirements as well. Professional sales group and engineer. Before starting work , all of our sales people has taken at least one month professional training. And for each group of sales people , we have arranged a professional engineer. The engineer will help the sales people together to provide customer a prompt and professional service.

Prompt settlement for customer complaint. For any customer complaint , we will try to reply in 24 hours. And provide an efficient settlement. Once our engineer can see the problem come from the products itself , we will set the complaints at once.
